What you need to know:

Includes:

• free W-LAN

• bed linen and hand towels
• one clothes horse per apartment
• electricity and heating
• laptop-sized safe
• kitchen tools and crockery, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric cooker with extractor fan, kettle and coffee machine
• ski room with heated ski boot dryer
• bus stop (city and ski bus) 300 metres away
• bed linen are changed on request
• The apartments are non smoking, so please do not smoke in them.
• Before each booking and handover the flats and equipment are checked thoroughly by service personnel and are made ready for new guests.

General conditions

• Rates:
  The rates include VAT and are daily rates per apartment occupied by a minimum of 2 people
  (apt. 2, 4, 5 and Studio) and of 4 people (apt. 3). Extra occupants are charged for according to apartment and age.
  The rates are for a minimum stay of 7 days.
• Final cleaning:
  the final cleaning charge ranges from € 45 to € 65 per apartment.
• Local tourist tax:
  A local tourist tax per night and person € 1,35 (from the age of 14) is payable. This tax is listed and billed separately.
• Pets:
  Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. As they often cause damage and increase the cost of cleaning,
  we charge from  € 15 – € 20 per day, without feed. Please bring your own blanket or basket
• Arrival and departure:
  The apartments are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Please vacate them by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• Deposit
  A deposit amounting to about 30% of the total rent is payable with the reservation in order to confirm the booking.
  Receipt of the deposit secures the booking. It is also a deposit for possible damage to the apartment.
  The deposit is unfortunately non-returnable in the event of cancellation of your booking.
• Means of payment:
  You can pay in cash, by debit or credit card up to one or two days before your departure date.
  Since 6 December 2011 law decree 201/2011 has forbidden payments in cash of amounts in excess of € 1.999,00.
  The following means of payment are permitted: debit card, credit card and bank transfer a few days before the date of departure.
• Arrangements for early departure of guests:
  if guests arrive late or cut short their stay we reserve the right to charge for the entire number of days booked.
